Workforce Development & Second Chance Employment
At Brothers and Sisters United for Christ, we believe in fresh starts and second chances. Our Workforce Development & Second Chance Employment programs provide job training and skill-building opportunities for individuals—especially returning citizens and those overcoming personal hardships—preparing them for meaningful employment.
Beyond technical skills, our programs promote personal growth, accountability, and community reintegration. We partner with local employers to connect individuals with real opportunities, helping them re-enter the workforce with confidence and purpose.
About Us
Brothers and Sisters United for Christ is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering lives through counseling, ministry, and practical support. We provide individual, family, and group counseling — including life skills, anger management, marriage and family therapy, and behavioral health services.
We also offer workforce development to help returning citizens and at-risk individuals gain a second chance, along with food and shelter assistance. Guided by compassion and the call of Matthew 25:36,40, we are committed to feeding the hungry and housing the homeless.
